Indoor Rowing is now closed for the summer. Please check back in the fall for updates.
The Yarmouth Rowing Club is very pleased to announce our indoor rowing program at StrongBodies. Come join us for some seriously fun – or at least less dreadful – group indoor rowing on the ergs!

Learn-to-Row (erging) sessions, taught by CC Stockly, Head Coach of Waynflete Crew and Elite Master Rower,  will be held Tuesdays 10:15-11 am and Fridays 7:30-8:30 am. The cost is just $10, paid to Strongbodies. Contact Chris at StrongBodies.
Reserve your erg here.
Please remember to remove your name if you are unable to attend.

StrongBodies, a personal training and sports training center, is located in the Sparhawk Mill, 81 Bridge Street in Yarmouth, just off Main Street. We have 10 Concept2 ergometers (ergs) available for you to use starting Saturday, February 18 until April 29, 2017. The entrance to StrongBodies is on the back side of the mill building, facing the parking lot.

imgres-4The training center, located in the basement of the mill, features high ceilings, a bright, open workout space, great sound system, fans to keep you cool, rubber floor mats, mirrors to check your form, a coed bathroom, shoe bins, coat racks, a water cooler, towels and plenty of free parking. Access to the Riverwalk, Beth Condon Pathway and Royal River Park is just across the street – ideal for a scenic warm up or cool down run.

imgres-1Masters (adult) workouts will be held Saturday mornings 9-10:30 am. The Saturday session includes a post-row group stretch or roll out and optional coffee social. Please bring clean, dry shoes for your workout. The cost is $10 cash or check (payable to Strong Bodies LLC) per person.

Reserve your erg here. Please remember to remove your name if unable to attend.

Each Saturday we’ll have three workouts from Concept2 for you to choose from but you’re welcome to do your own thing.

Come for the Saturday morning StrongBodies Boot Camp drop-in class from 7:30-8:30 ($10) if you want a double workout! Led by studio owner, Chris Strong, this class is a great way to kick start your weekend!
